Police arrest ex-minister Bikram Pandey

Police have arrested former minister Bikram Pandey in connection with a case involving the hacking of the public procurement system and alleged manipulation of tender details. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) took Pandey into custody as part of its ongoing investigation, officials said.
